Bodyguard is a negative trait in Streets of Rogue. With it, the character is constantly being followed by an aligned and famous Musician. The character also starts with an Electro Tether Vest and a Blood Transfusion Kit in their inventory. Both items cannot be dropped or removed.
Destinations[ | ]
The Musician will sometimes demand to be taken to a Toilet, ATM, Shopkeeper, Bartender, or Drug Dealer. Taking too long will cause them to get frustrated and after more time has passed they will either go themselves or attack the player out of rage.
Rewards[ | ]
If/when the player gets them to the requested destination quickly enough, they will reward the player with Money and/or Items. The items received will vary based on which type of vendor was visited.
Fans[ | ]
The Musician also has a chance to make "Fans" join the player's party. This includes wandering general NPCs, owners of buildings, Cops, and Goons. They will be Loyal towards the player and the Musician, unless the player does something they don't like. They may also join the Musician in attacking the player, if/when the Musician does so.

- Blood of Steel - Blood Transfusion Kit doesn't take as much of your health
