Chaaarge is a Special Ability used by the Jock. Holding [Special] activates a warmup period of around a second; during this period, the player will run in place. After the ability warms up, the player will rush forward very quickly in the direction they were facing. Once the charge has begun, you have no control over your character; you cannot stop the charge or change your direction or speed, although the charge's trajectory can be deflected into a new direction by an NPC attack. During the charge, the player can break through most objects and walls and run through people for 10 damage (Unaffected by the melee stat), lasting until the Jock hits an object as strong as the map boundry, is sufficiently slowed by a pool of water, or slips on a banana peel. If the Jock hits an unbreakable object or wall, they will fall to the ground and then be able to move normally again.

Special Ability Traits

• Juggernaut - Can't lose health while charging
• Low Center of Gravity - Player doesn't fall down when charging into unbreakable objects or walls
• Sprinter - Charge faster
• Tackler - Charge has a more powerful impact

Super Special Ability

• Faster Charge attack, Charge is much more powerful, Charge does not cause you to fall when you hit a wall.

Tips and Strategies

• Think out of the box when using Chaaarge. For example, you can't charge through the Steel Walls of a hideout but you can charge through a window to get inside. You can also charge diagonally at the window to break it without running uncontrollably into the building.
  • Charging through corners of buildings and into a Level Boundary wall is a great way to gain entry inside.
  • Players can still be hurt while charging and it won't cancel their charge. NPC damage can change their charge trajectory slightly. Touching Fire (From hitting Stoves, Flaming Barrels, etc.) deals 10 damage; hitting a Generator deals 50.
  • As Jock it can be tempting to use Chaaarge to get XP from Master of Disaster by completely destroying entire floors. Don't do so unless you're prepared to face the consequences.
