Cyanide Pill is a consumable in Streets of Rogue. It causes instant death and gibbing via the Cyanide status effect.

- Characters will refuse to eat this item if attempted to be used from their inventory.
- Robots such as Cop Bots are immune to the Cyanide Pill's effects, as with other status effects.
Tips and Strategies[ | ]
- Use this item to poison an Air Filtration System. Anyone who touches the gas within the building will instantly die.
- You can also attach the Cyanide Pill to a Water Pistol to create a deadly insta-kill weapon.
- When playing someone like the Bartender, you can use the Drink Mixer and combine it with this to create a deadly Cocktail. Offer it to your target, and a few seconds, they're out. This is also a great way to earn an achievement for it...
