The Electro Pill is a consumable item in Streets of Rogue which temporarily gives the character the status Electro Touch.
Electronic trait characters or Robots don't get the status effect, instead healing for 25 Health resetting their Charge Level back to 4 (if they have Rechargeable).

- The individuals must physically collide to do damage. Melee attacks will not trigger Electro Touch.
Tips and Strategies[ | ]
- This item is very good for the Robot or Characters with the Electronic trait. As it heals 25 HP and also resets your Charge Level back to 4, making it a very good healing item and also the only way to get recharged outside of power sapping electronics. Don't forget to clone them or get them from Drug Dealers.
- Putting it inside an Air Filtration System can make NPCs inside shock each other and outsiders, provoking street fights.
Trivia[ | ]
- Before alpha ? there was a bug where you could kill Ghosts using this pill. It was later patched in alpha ? continuing to make the Ghost Gibber the only thing able to kill ghosts.
- The electro pill might been inspired by GTA 2's electro finger power up, due to both allowing the user to have an electric touch while GTA 2's electro pill just shocks nearby pedestrians and an very useless powerup, while the electro pill serves a lot of uses.
