Explosion

Explosion     Statistics Object Type: Hazards Hit Points (Threshold): Infinite Flammable?: No Causes Knockback?: Yes Effect Inflicted: None Damage Dealt: Varies Damage Frequency: Once Description Affects all characters, objects and walls in its blast range. Size (diameter) of the explosion can be Small (5 tiles), Large (7 tiles), or Huge (17 tiles).

Explosions are a hazardous object in Streets of Rogue which cause damage to all Characters and Objects, usually killing or destroying them (respectively).

Blast Size and Damage Dealt

The type of explosion can dramatically increase its blast size and damage dealt:

Small Explosion

• 30 damage inflicted
• 5-tile diameter (2 tiles in each direction from blast center)

Large Explosion

• 50 damage inflicted
• 7-tile diameter (3 tiles in each direction from blast center)

Huge Explosion

• 200 damage inflicted
• 17-tile diameter (8 tiles in each direction from blast center)

Notes

• Characters killed by an explosion are gibbed.

• Standard generators hit by a big or huge explosion will explode immediately, bypassing their countdown timer.

• Huge-sized explosions will destroy every object in the game except:
  •   Elevator
  •    Lockdown Walls
  •  Podium
