"Life is good when you're on drugs! Until you're not on drugs! Then it's terrible!"
Feelin' Alright is a status effect you will hopefully have most of the time when you play as the Investment Banker. The effect itself does nothing, but it stops you from gaining withdrawal. Using a drug (Except for cigarettes; nicotine will freeze the counter) will reset the counter. Losing the effect will make you gain Withdrawal.
