In-Game Tooltip "Extinguishes all flames, except for the flames of desire in your heart. Unless you point it down your throat."

The Fire Extinguisher is a weapon in Streets of Rogue. It is able to put out fires and pushes characters around similar to a Leafblower, except is a lot less effective at doing so.

Notes

• It is considered a gun, so using it will prevent you from getting the No Guns Used bonus at the end of a level.
• You can use this item to blow out the fire on Flaming Barrels to allow for safe melee fights around them.
• Hitting an NPC with this, will more than likely cause them to become hostile.

Trivia

• When the Firefighter was first introduced as NPCs in Alpha 46, they didn't have a Water Cannon and instead used Fire Extinguishers. The Water Cannon was added when they became playable in Alpha 63.
