The Give Speech is the final mission in Streets of Rogue, it requires the player to retrieve the Mayor's Hat and give a speech at the Podium in the Mayor Village while worn.

How to complete[]
There is a number of ways to get the Mayor's Hat.
- Kill, Neutralize, or Arrest the Mayor. Be prepared for a fight with the Mayor's security detail of Supercops.
- Ask the Mayor for his Mayor's Hat. The chance he will give it to you is low but still possible. If the Mayor is Enslaved he will automatically give it to you when asked.
- Buy the hat from the Mayor for an exorbitant price as a character with Art of the Deal.
- Steal the hat off of the Mayor's head. This is much easier if you are playing as the thief and have completed the big quest.
- You can also threaten the Mayor if you failed to convince him to give you the Mayor's Hat. This chance is also low and failing will causes him and his security detail to become Hostile.
- Become the new Mayor by asking the Clerk in the City Hall building to hold an election. This relies on having a high Electability score.
- Once you have the Mayor's Hat, equip it and go to the Podium and interact with it give a speech and complete the game.

- This quest can be failed by "dropping the Mayor's Hat down a hole". This leads to the game's Bad Ending but this isn't something that can be done by accident.
