The Hiring Voucher is an item in Streets of Rogue. It's primary use is that it's used to hire a NPC for free, using the item. Two are given as Mission Rewards.

• Gangsters
• Hacker
• Thief
• Soldier (only in military outposts)

Tips and Strategies

• The voucher is best used to hire Prisoners, who will follow the player across floors unlike non-prisoner hires.

• Playing as a Gangster already allows you to hire gangsters from your own gang for free, so don't waste it on them and save it for the other hireables.
