The Kill Healthenizer is a passive item in Streets of Rogue which will heal the player for 5 health per kill.

• It is functionally similar to the Kill Profiter and the Kill Ammunizer.

Tips and Strategies

• This item synergizes particularly well with the Low Health For All mutator, since 5 health ends up being a large percentage of the Player's maximum health when playing in that mode.
• If you are low on health but can still fight, you can kill as much as you can to regain health that being said, this strategy is quite risky so try to avoid open, large crowds and look for any NPCs that have low health with barely any cops around.
