Kneecapper is a trait in Streets of Rogue. With it, that player's attacks have a 25% chance to inflict the Slow status.

When Kneecapper is upgraded it becomes Kneecapper +. Kneecapper + increases the chance to inflict Slow from 25% to 50%.

Notes

• Any weapon that does damage can cause the Slow effect.
• The Slow effect lasts 20 seconds.
