Last Comic Standing is the Big Quest for the Comedian (and can also be chosen for Custom Characters).

In this quest, you must use Joke on roughly 40% ^{[verification/citation needed]} of the NPCs on each floor throughout your run.

Super Special Ability

While playing as the Comedian after completing Last Comic Standing, with Super Special Abilities (Mutator) enabled:

• Jokes are always successful.

Tips and Strategies

• This quest is easy to complete. Just make sure you know how Joke works before you use it on groups.
• You will probably need to tell a Joke to every NPC you see. Look for buildings with lots of NPCs to tell Jokes.
• When knocking on doors, the closed NPC will be the one to answer the door. If their are multiple NPCs moving around a building, you can time your door knock correctly to get a different NPC to tell a Joke to.
• You can knock on Do Not Enter doors to get an NPC to answer. This NPC will not be Hostile to you unless they have already seen you inside their building. You can tell a Joke to them as normal.
• Eggshell Walker and Feature Act are extremely helpful in completing this quest.
