The Memory Mutilator is a consumable item in Streets of Rogue which makes every NPC on the current level revert their Alignment, towards the player, back to the initial one.

Notes

• Memory Mutilator does not remove electability given by NPCs for asking for or purchasing services from them, such as hiring, buying, healing, or administering/using blood bags.

Tips and Strategies

• It's very useful if you've angered many people in the floor or dangerous NPCs such as Supercops in Uptown.
• Memory Mutilator affects every NPC, even who are Friendly, Loyal, or Aligned towards you.
• This item doesn't make NPCs who were initially Hostile neutral.

Trivia

• The Memory Mutilator is a reference to the Neuralyzer from Men in Black, as their function is similar, wiping memories from targets.
