Neutralize is a mission type in Streets of Rogue. It requires the player to neutralize a single NPC.

How to complete[]
- Kill the target, directly or indirectly, via any means.
- Knock out the target, using a Tranquilizer Gun or Chloroform Hankie.
- Arrest the target.
- Become the target's friend, then ask them to leave town.
- Threaten the target to make them leave town.
Notes[]
- The player does not actually have to be involved in the neutralization whatsoever. It's not particularly uncommon for Neutralize missions to be completed without player involvement, due to NPCs dying from fighting amongst themselves, NPCs dying due to a disaster, and so forth.
- If your target is a hirable character, you can just hire them and send them to suicide mission, or guide them to somewhere dangerous.
