Tips and Strategies[]

  • Overall, this is a pretty simple quest. If you play the Doctor in a peaceful way (Using only Chloroform Hankie and Tranquilizer Gun.), then you should be fine. You just need to avoid situations where you have to kill people in order to live.
  • You may get others to kill each other by angering an NPC, then have the angered NPC attack another peaceful NPC by standing right next to or on top of the peaceful NPC and let the angered NPC attack you, causing the angered NPC to hit the peaceful one.
  • Some NPCs and characters like Cop Bots, The Killer Robot and Zombies don't count as Kills when killed by your own hands, in the Big Quest as they are machines or just mindless undead.
    • Any Electronic character such as Robots killed by your own hands don't count as kills in this quest.
    • However killing Ghosts and Vampires DO count as kills in the quest as they do have souls despite being undead.
  • You can only kill 29 people in total, so only kill if you have to.
