Tips and Strategies

• Polluting the air in a building through an Air Filtration System with this is often a quick way to complete Neutralize mission, as everyone inside will become Enraged and fight each other.
  • If you cannot find an Air Filtration System for a Neutralize mission, you could mix the Rage Poison into a Cocktail with the Drink Mixer, then serve your drink with the trait Serve Drinks to the person you need Neutralized.
  • If you can't do that, another way would be to fill the Water Pistol with Rage Poison, and shoot the target directly.
