Satiate that Bloodlust! is the Big Quest for the Werewolf (and can also be chosen for Custom Characters).

In this quest, you must kill 5 people during a single Werewolf Transformation on every floor throughout your run.

Super Special Ability[ | ]

While playing as the Werewolf after completing Satiate that Bloodlust!, with Super Special Abilities (Mutator) enabled:

Werewolf effect lasts longer, lower cooldown, no dizziness, higher speed and damage as a Werewolf.

This quest isn't too hard. You must find a location with enough people to kill before transforming. As normal, always have a plan before you transform.

Use Sharp Lunge. Use it a lot. You will practically be spamming it to get around and kill everything.

Make sure you do not need the NPCs you intend to kill for anything before going on your killing spree.

Longer Status Effects will extend both the transformation duration as well as the Crazy-Dizzy Debuff. This can be used to more easily complete the big quest. (Longer Status Effects can also be upgraded at Augmentation Booths to further increase both durations)
