Seeds of Chaos is the Big Quest for the Shapeshifter (and can also be chosen for Custom Characters). In this quest, on each floor you must neutralize a specific character type with a different specific character type (e.g. Kill a Slum Dweller as a Thief).

If all of one of the two specified classes die, then the quest will change the classes so that it is possible to complete.

While playing as the Shapeshifter after completing Seeds of Chaos, with Super Special Abilities (Mutator) enabled:

Possess as a shorter cooldown. 2 seconds instead of 5 seconds.
No health loss when a host dies.
People no longer get Annoyed when they see you possess/depossess. In addition, your host will not automatically become Hostile after you depossess.

Make this quest a priority on every level. You might get yourself into a bad position if too many of the specific classes die before you complete the floor.
Scout the level and make note of where the host classes and target classes are located before you begin your assault.
You must DIRECTLY kill you target. Try really hard to make sure other NPCs don't accidentally steal your kill.
Even if the quest changes when a specific class dies, you can still fail the quest if the entire population of the level ends up dying.
