Applied to an NPC if the player uses Enslave. When a certain range from the owner has been exceeded, the slave helmet will detonate, killing the wearer and destroying the surrounding area. The helmet can also be detonated with the use of a Slave Helmet Remote, Hacking Tool or Laptop ability.

On the other hand, the helmet can be safely removed with a Slave Helmet Remover, Wrench, Hacking Tool, Laptop ability, EMP Grenade blast or using the Power Sap ability.

Notes

• Possessing a Slave and taking this item off, will explode and kill your possessed body.

Trivia

• Prior to Alpha 54, it was possible to obtain slave helmets using the Sticky Glove ability. Doing so would have also exploded the slave, but it could be worn and taken off indefinitely.
