Sneaky Fingers is a trait in Streets of Rogue. With it, NPCs will ignore your Operating Bar filling up, unless you are enslaving or arresting.

Notes

• Also decreases noise made by filling Operating Bar, making enslaving or arresting more sliently (NPCs will still notice and watch if they have sights).
• People seeing you enslaving people won't become annoyed.
• Has no effect when hacking Cop Bots.
• Alarms caused by hacking will still cause people to become Hostile.
• It is extremely important to understand that NPC will still become Hostile if they see you begin an action they don't like. For example, a Cop will become Hostile if they see you BEGINNING to hack something but will not become Hostile if the only see your Operating Bar filling AS you are hacking. The same thing happens when putting drugs into a Air Filtration System.
