Normally, Super Special Abilities can only be used in the [[Mayor Village]] after a character completes their [[Big Quests|Big Quest]] during that run. However, using the [[Super Special Abilities_(Mutator)|Super Special Abilities]] [[Mutators|mutator]] allows you to start a run with a character's Super Special Ability unlocked as long as that character's [[Big Quests|Big Quest]] has been completed on a previous run.
