Upper-Crusty Custom Character Point Value: N/A Augmentation Can be Upgraded?: No Can be Removed?: No Can be Swapped?: No Description Allows use of Alarm Buttons, and makes all Law Enforcers (Cops, Supercops, Cop Bots) ignore the character's crimes. In-Game Tooltip "Affords you all special rights and privileges that 1%-ers so clearly deserve."

Upper-Crusty is a positive trait in Streets of Rogue. It allows the character to use Alarm Buttons,while the Law Enforcers will not care about the player's crime just like Above The Law.

Notes

• The only way to gain this trait is to play as a Shapeshifter and possess a citizen in Uptown such as a Mobster or an Upper-Cruster, or beat the Slum Dweller's Big Quest and enable the Super Special Abilities Mutator.
• Law Enforcers Loyal is only for the Upper-Cruster and it isn't a part of this trait.

Trivia

• The Mayor has this trait as well, but can't be possessed as he's a mission target for the game's main quest.
