The Walkie Talkie is a tool in Streets of Rogue. When used on an NPC, all nearby NPCs with the trait The Law will attack the target NPC. Do note it can't target a Law Enforcer NPC (since that would involve attacking their buddies). If you don't possess the trait The Law and use the Walkie Talkie in front of any Law Enforcers, those NPCs will immediately become Hostile to you.

• NPCs summoned via a Friend Phone by a Custom Character with the trait The Law

Tips and Strategies

• In the fifth stage, due to the Cops being replaced by heavily armed Supercops, this item is very strong in Uptown due to the number of Supercops and Cop Bots patrolling the stage.

• Because Cops don't appear in the Park, the item there doesn't have any use in there. Unless playing as the Robot or a Custom Character with the Dark Fate Big quest.
