If a wall or object is blocking the space 2 tiles away, the item will fail. In-Game Tooltip "Warps you approximately 32 pixels in the direction you're facing, if there's room. Teleport through walls!"

The Wall Bypasser is a tool in Streets of Rogue which allows you to teleport 2 tiles forward. This means you can teleport through walls, if there isn't multiple layered together. If you try to teleport through a wall that's too thick to teleport through, you won't teleport.
