The Window Cutter is a tool in Streets of Rogue which allows you to remove any Window and walk through their old space. Using it requires an Operating Bar and is sped up by Nimble Fingers. Removing a window still makes a small amount of noise, Cops or the owners of the Window who see you will become hostile.
