Starting Mutator

Zombies Welcome is a mutator in Streets of Rogue which makes everyone not run away from or attack Zombies in sight and removes the Fair Game negative trait when choosing to play as a Zombie and from Zombie NPCs. The mutator also makes zombies spawn wandering around levels in the streets, although at an uncommon rate.
